Forgot to mention that I'm participating in the Fandom Stocking Exchange this year. I've already written some treats for one stocking and plan to write for at least a couple more (not much overlap in fandoms, unfortunately), but I'm having a lot of fun.

I've signed up for the new Past Imperfect, Future Unknown fic and fanart exchange, which focuses on time loops and time travel tropes. Now anyone who's new to my journal is going to learn very quickly that I love writing about time loops, especially in horror settings, so I'm really looking forward to this one. A wonderfully talented artist illustrated a scene from my Drakengard horror oneshot, "Solace." It has spoilers for Ending D of Drakengard 1, and while it doesn't show anything graphic, it does contain nightmarish imagery. (Those of you who are familiar with Branch D know exactly what I'm talking about.) I wrote that story almost a decade ago, and I'm so happy to see it inspire something like this. Lord knows that sub-par prose haunts me for other reasons.
