Anyone have any recommendations for lesser-known fantasy fiction? Now that Game of Thrones has crashed and burned and a proper ending to the books seems less and less likely, I've been itching to read something new. I prefer low fantasy over high fantasy and character-driven fiction over plot-driven fiction, but I'm open to just about anything, really. Graphic violence and sexual content aren't a problem so long as they aren't barely disguised masturbation fodder for the author. (Looking at you, Terry Goodkind.)

Nicholas Eames' Kings Of The Wyld, hands down. 83 I haven't finished the semi-sequel (Bloody Rose) yet, but sure, toss that on the fire also.

Also Saladin Ahmed's Throne Of The Crescent Moon.
