pettycoatBlowing the dust off this thing to drop in a Happy Festivus or whatever holiday you guys feel like honoring this month. I'm probably not going to be active again until after the new year since December in general can get pretty hectic for me. I love Christmas, but I'm not particularly fond of the Christmas season, if you catch my drift. I'm thinking of picking up a couple Kingdom Hearts games again in preparation for 3. I never got around to beating Dream Drop Distance, and I still haven't tried that Aqua-centered one with the ridiculous title. And I call myself a fan.
(Totally throwing this out here, but would anyone be willing to beta read something for me in the next few weeks? It's a Kingdom Hearts oneshot centered around Axel and Roxas--not necessarily in a romantic sense, and definitely not meant to be cute or heartwarming--and will likely feature some death, violence, and general anime angst. I'd go into greater detail, but it's for an ongoing fic exchange, and I don't want to spoil the surprise on the very slim chance that the recipient comes across this post. I'm mostly looking for feedback on characterization and canon accuracy, but I'd certainly be happy to receive criticism on other aspects of the fic! I'm currently finishing up an outline and plan to start writing by the end of the month. Finished product is going to be told from Axel's point of view and is probably going to be between 5,000 and 10,000 words.)
